Hell's Kitchen is a competitive reality cooking show on FOX. Based on the British show of the same name, the show brings in a group of aspiring chefs to compete for a chance to be the executive chef at one of fame chef Gordan Ramsay's restaurants. The group is broken into two teams and each episode has the teams competing against each other in challenges. The losing team must chose a member to be eliminated. At the end of the season the remaining two chefs face off against each other and the winner is chosen by Chef Ramsay.
Gordan Ramsay is know for his temper and he isn't afraid to show it in Hell's Kitchen. The contestants are often the target of Chef Ramsay's outbursts which in include name calling and even throwing things. Chef Ramsay is joined on the show by his trusted maître d', Jean-Philippe Susilovic, and two sous-chefs (in season one thru three it was Scott Leibfried and Mary Ann Salcedo and in season Mary Ann was replaced by Gloria Felix).
