Wake Forest University in 1999. He majored in sociology and minored in International Studies. Howard became the first member of his family to graduate from college. Howard started off as a bench player for the
Dallas Mavericks. But after the injury to Marquis Daniels in 2004, he earned a spot in the starting line-up. In 2007, Josh Howard was a member of the NBA All Star team He is also a member of the 2008 US Olympic team, which won the Gold Medal in the Beijing Games.
