The CL-Class is a full-size grand tourer built by German automaker Mercedes-Benz. First introduced in 1998, it shares design elements with the S Class and once competed with the now discontinued BMW 8 series. The car is currently in its third generational design phase.
Power is provided by a 5.5L V8 or V12 engine mated to a 5 or 7 speed automatic transmission. Extra features include a night vision system allowing drivers to see conditions in front of the car in darkness.
