The CLK Class is a mid-size coupe/convertible manufactured by German automaker Mercedes-Benz. First introduced in 1996, despite its place in the C series, its price range is closer to that of the E-class due to its performance and styling. The car is currently in its second generational design phase.
Power comes in a variety of options starting with a modest 1.8L Inline 4 cylinder engine and ending with a massive 6.2L V8 generating 475 hp. Transmission options include either a 7 speed automatic or a 6 speed manual.
