Minnesota Golden Gophers - NCAA Basketball

The University of Minnesota men’s basketball team(the Minnesota Golden gophers) are an NCAA Division I team that plays in the Big Ten Conference. Their home court is the Williams Arena and the team’s head coach is currently Tubby Smith who has held the position for nearly 3 years. To date, the Gophers have reached the Final Four once, the Elite Eight once, and the Sweet Sixteen once. Most of the Gophers’ glory years were in the early 1900s.
