The Montreal Canadiens are an Eastern Conference, Northeast Division NHL hockey team based in Montreal, Quebec. Founded in 1909, they are the oldest continuously running professional ice hockey team in the world. To date, they have won 22 division titles, 8 conference championships, and 24 Stanley Cups. Their home court is the Bell Centre and the team’s head coach is currently Guy Carbonneau. The Canadiens are owned by George Gillett Jr.
