
The New Jersey Devils are an Eastern Conference, Atlantic Division NHL hockey team based in Newark, New Jersey. Founded in 1974, they were originally known as the Kansas City Scouts before changing their name to the
Colorado Rockies, and then finally the New Jersey Devils in 1982. To date, they have won 7 division titles, 4 conference championships, and 3 Stanley Cups. Their home court is the Prudential Center and the team’s head coach is currently Brent Sutter. The Devils are owned by Jeffrey Vanderbeek.
