Nick Lachey (born November 9, 1973) is a pop singer and actor who found fame as a member of 98 Degrees, a boy band popular in the late 90s. Also a member of 98 Degrees is Lachey's brother, Drew. In 2003, Lachey attempted a solo album, SoulO, which received poor reviews and and weak sales. His second solo album, What's Left of Me (2006) was more successful, the title track reaching #6 on the Billboard Hot 100.
In addition to his musical projects, Lachey has guest starred in films such as
High School Musical and several television shows.
Lachey is also known as the ex-husband of famous pop singer
Jessica Simpson. The couple starred in Newlyweds, an MTV reality series from 2003-2005 and later divorced in 2006.
Lachey is currently dating MTV VJ
Vanessa Minnillo.
