North Carolina Tar Heels - NCAA Basketball

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill men’s basketball team(the North Caroline Tar Heels) are an NCAA Division I team playing in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Their home court is the Dean Smith Center and the current head coach is Roy Williams who has held the job for over 6 years. The Tar Heels are among the most successful college basketball teams in the U.S. They have won four NCAA championships and were even awarded a retroactive championship for their 1924 undefeated season which took place before championship tournaments were implemented.
