Sabrina the Teenage Witch was a sitcom, based on the Archie comic series, that aired on ABC from 1996 to 2000, then on The WB from 200 to 2003.
The show followed the adventures of Sabrina who on her sixteenth birthday discovers she comes from a long line of witches and she too is one. She struggles with adjusting to the news and the ability to control her new found powers.
The show was a modest hit for ABC but canceled it in 2000. The WB picked it up and ran it for three seasons but canceled it after viewership started to drop.
