Sam Cassell began his career in the NBA in 1993, when he had just finished college. He was the 24th overall draft pick for the
Houston Rockets. He plays at the point guard position and he was selected as a successor to Kenny Smith to begin his career. Over the course of several years of switching between teams, he acquired many of his career highlights, such as his all-time high score of 40 points in one game against the
