Seattle Mariners - ML Baseball

The Seattle Mariners are a Major League Baseball team that came into the league in 1977. Presently they play in Safeco Field in Seattle, Washington. The team logo is a teal, silver, and navy blue and features a ‘S’ with a baseball and the cardinal directions of a compass on top of it.

Notable Seattle Mariners of past and present include Edgar Martinez, Alvin Davis, Jay Buhner, Lou Pinella, Ken Griffey Jr., Alex Rodriguez, and Ichiro Suzuki. They play in the American League West Division with such teams as the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Seattle Mariners, and Oakland Athletics. They have never won a World Series, and the last time they made the playoffs was 2001.
