Smallville is science fiction/fantasy show that premiered on The WB on 2001 and continues to air on The CW. The show follows the adventures of a young Clark Kent in his hometown of Smallville, before he became the Man of Steel.
The series has evolved from focusing on Clark in high school and his development of his powers in season one to having him attend college and encounter many other superheroes. The show stays true to the
Superman myth but takes liberties with characters and relationships.
