
"Striptease" is a sexy comedy film which was released in 1996. It was written and directed by Andrew Bergman, and was based off of the novel of the same name by Carl Hiassen. It stars Demi Moore, Burt Reynolds, Armand Assante, Ving Rhames and Robert Patrick.
The story of this movie follows a mother who becomes a stripper in order to afford to pay for her custody battle, and in the process is thrown into a world of corrupt politics.
This film was generally very badly reviewed by critics, and actually received zero stars from reviewer Leonard Maltin. It also received six Razzie awards, which are awards that celebrate the worst films of the year.
