The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters premiered in the Fall of 2007 and released to DVD in early 2008. The movie was produced by Ed Cunningham and directed by Seth Gordon. The movie follows Steve Wiebe through his video game adventures. The basic plot pits man against man and man against machine as Wiebe attempts to create an all time high score on the classic arcade game Donkey Kong.

The star of the movie is Wiebe himself accompanied by Billy Mitchell and Walter Day. The film had mediocre box office results and slightly notable DVD standings. A tie to this movie was made by South Park in the episode "More Crap."
