The Avalon is a front-wheel full-size car manufactured by Toyota of Japan and first introduced in 1994. It is considered Toyota’s flagship sedan in the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East. Power is provided by a 3.5L V6 engine through either or a 5 or 6 speed automatic transmission. The car is currently available in 4 trims including XL, XLS, Touring, and Limited. Despite its large size, it has a surprisingly sharp 36.9 ft turning circle diameter. Average fuel economy for current models is 22 street, 31 highway.
