Director/Producer Ivan Reitman helps bring to life an adventure of twin brothers. This movie written by William Davies, William Osborne, Timothy Harris and Herschel Weingrod takes us on a journey across California and through the southwestern United States.
The adventure begins when Julius played by Arnold Schwarzenegger finds out that he has a twin brother named Vincent played by Danny DeVito. Julius sets off to find his long lost brother, then end up on an adventure in search of information about the mother then never met. The adventure has many crazy twists and turns. An interesting fact, had Danny DeVito and Arnold Schwarzenegger not accepted this film, they were asked to do the movie Suburban Commando.
The stars of Suburban Commando, Christopher Lloyd and
Hulk Hogan, were asked to do Twins. Twins ended up grossing over 110 million dollars, it was made on a budget around 15 million.
