Volkswagen Passat - General Automotive

The Passat is a family vehicle manufactured by German automaker Volkswagen. First introduced in 1973, it has various names in other markets including the Dasher, the Santana, the Quantum, and Corsar. The car is currently in its 7th generational design phase.

Power is provided by a wide range of engine choices starting with a 1.4L I4 and ending with a 3.6L V6. Diesel engines are of course optional. All are mated to a 5 or 6 speed manual or a 6 speed automatic transmission.
