
The Tiguan is a compact crossover sport utility vehicle manufactured by German automaker
Volkswagen. Introduced in 2007, it comes in 3 spec levels: Trend and Fun, Sport and Style, and Track and Field. The name Tiguan comes from the German words for tiger and iguana. The car is currently manufactured in Germany and Russia.
Power comes in a variety of engine options ranging from a small 1.4L I4 to a 2.0L TDI I4. All are mated to either a 6
speed speed automatic or manual transmission.
