I really would like to trim off some fat on my thighs and try to develop a flat stomach.

I have all of the symptoms: frequent urination, constant hunger, irritability, etc... but I haven't lost any significant amounts of weight (maybe 3-5 lbs.). Could I have diabetes, or shouldn't I worry?
