I hope I don't offend anyone, but I do not see G-Mail as anything but hype when compared to the vast choices in web mail services on the Internet in this day of age. Yes, I am a Yahoo! Mail Plus subscriber and have been since 2002, though if I am faced with an alternative, tempting 3rd party web mail application that would allow me to pull addresses and e-mail from an abandoned e-mail account, I would not think of G-Mail as one of these options in which I would consider. I have tried to get hooked and fall in love, though this has failed with G-Mail - as much as I do love Google.
