sorry folks, i’m still here! just been crazy-busy lately, living life to the fullest and whatnot. ;)

i slept okay last night, though the hospital noises were minimum.. i knew it was a strange environment. i couldn’t help but wake up every couple hours thinking, “where the..? ooh..“

it’s 10PM now; mom’s surgery is at 11:30AM tomorrow.
she’s on a strict clear-liquid diet, though i couldn’t help but sneak her just a bite of sugar-free chocolate. she was craving it so bad.

today was filled with laundry and dirty dishes. and take out pizza for dinner.
i can’t complain; i don’t really mind laundry, and it doesn’t take much to load the dishwasher.

the past few days, i’ve noticed painful little blisters on my fingertips/around my fingernails. they are filled with a clear liquid and feel like a sliver irritation. i was so fed up with this discomfort that i decided to look into it, and this is what i found:
