 i forgot to take a before picture... but this is what happens when the fish is really good  and cooked absolutely to perfection.. with perfect seasoning.... only qualm I had was.. i'd prefer the ginger julliened or atleast a finer chop...  Alexis... angel hair alio olie with grilled yabbies......

 sashimi..!! salmon, hamachi, tuna, scallop and white tuna..  washed down with.. a glass of persecco.. gorgeous sparkling white...  followed by avocado and unagi roll..  cleansing the pallet with tiny cup of cawan mushi...  a little tepanyaki mushrooms...  main course.. Dashi shabu shabu.....
