I have twice gone vegetarian (fell off the wagon in between). But whenever I give up meat, my health improves and I feel so much better in myself. However, I would not even attempt to go vegan as I enjoy eating fish and would just find it too restrictive a diet . I wrote about my experience in a blog a few months ago:
