Listen - strange animals, lying in trees, distributing shadows, is no basis for a system of weather prediction. I mean if I went around saying I was a meterologist just because some furry rodent threw his shadow at me, they'd put me away. True weather prediction derives from a mandate from science... This is an EUTAM that isn't so much an incorrect usage of English, just one that specifically gets on my nerves.
It's the use of the word "needs" as a noun, viz, "For all your albino elephant juggling needs."
