Nice answer Marshall and just think if we aren't over there dropping bombs how there will be so many less people really mad enough at us to mean us harm. I don't feel safer when we are out there blundering around hurting many innocent people and making them really mad at us, I feel more danger. We need some real international diplomacy and mending of fences.

Was that the original mission? Maybe it was just to get Osama bin Laden? According to Bush it was to "smoke out the evil doers". What the hell kinda mission is that?

I actually encourage friends to vote for Obama and was excited and just a little proud of this country when he became president. Now however, I find myself disappointed, I actually thought he would be a little better than the politics as usual gang and remember his grass roots organizing days. Now that I see that he is not only keeping us in Iraq but also escalating Afghanistan I feel schmucked!

I couldn't agree more, one only needs to look at the facts to know this "great experiment in democracy" has gone off track. The top !% of the population has 90% of the wealth. Those that profit the greatest should be charged with giving the most to maintain the system that got them there.
