I am definitely a food enthusiast. For as long as I can remember I had been in the kitchen with my mom making meatballs, or brownies. It was our favorite time together - the time we spent in the kitchen and around the dinner table. To me, food is the core of social interaction and it is how I communicate best with those I love. What I am feeling always comes across in my cooking, and I hope to pass along that passion here.
