Hello everyone! My name is Joe. I'm 28 years old and I'm currently living in Tinton Falls, Monmouth County.

In 2003, I graduated with a BA in English and minors in History, Political Science, and Philosophy from Monmouth University. In 2006, I graduated with an MA in Public Policy and a concentration in community economic development and nonprofit management from the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. When time and schedule permit, I'm an Adjunct Professor in Political Science at the local college (more on that below). My day job, though, is to help finance charter school facilities, smart affordable housing, commercial revitalization, and economic development in underserved communities around New Jersey and the northeast United States (both geographic and demographic). How many people can say that their job is to help build classrooms for school children? Not many.
