Ingredients:
1 pig’s midriff
10 water chestnuts
5 oz carrot
3 oz soybean
10 oz pork rib
1/4 dried tangerine peel

6 dried black dates
10 oz pigs liver
5 oz lean pork
2 slices ginger
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
