So where to begin, Ok, start off simple, hi, I’m Kevin Neadley. I have a number of roles in life: independent blogger, undergraduate student, fitness enthusiast, occasional bartender, logophile, a Spanish philomath, son, brother, and uncle…

I absolutely detest procrastination. I am a firm believer in self improvement whether it’s in fitness and nutrition, learning a new language, discovering how to improve public speaking: the list could be anything weird and wonderful – who cares – as long as we’re teaching ourselves a newfangled skill.

Getting rid of my bad habits and tuning out negative people from my life helps me progress and stay that little bit more positive. My aim: to live an exciting life, push myself past my cosy comfort zone, become more bold and outgoing, give in to the power of uncertainty, and acquire newfangled skills that will help me become successful in my career, and in life.
