Hello! My name is Kiki and I am a work from home mom. I am an Independent Distributor for It Works! & Essential Bodywear. I enjoy networking with others, learning about health and diet, reading, the internet, blogging, music & more.

I have been on a journey to find myself buried in weight frustration. I got to the point I had given up on myself. A few years back - I experienced a very, very low point in my life and I realized I had to take care of me - NOW - not later. I wanted to be a part of life - not watching from the sidelines.

I have lost 142 pounds, and I am on my way to finishing my goal. I have had to make adjustments along my road to health. As I learn things - I put them in place. I believe by the summer of 2010 I will reach my goal.

I have been blessed in this life - I have experienced good and bad - and even the bad has provided lessons and brought good into my life. Of course the good was exposed later - once I could see the lesson.

No one likes the valleys in life - but we all go through them - I have learned to watch for the lesson.
