I had the great pleasure of looking at things from another angle recently....
I've always hated.... YES hated! Not knowing much about cars, but frankly it doesn't interest me... but that can be a pitfall when your a woman because when it needs repairing you can really get taken to the cleaners...

once again I tend to let things go by the way side that I know are substancial and significant to my growth... but as I like to say all things in life are lessons... I am trying to learn from my lessons... not beat myself up (to badly) when I fall, and always get back on the horse when I do...

My '300' Assignment
we had an assignment to do... create a "300" workout.... basically 6 exercises of our choosing, but at least one had to work legs, and one had to be an AB exercise.... I choose
Squats @ 95lbs
Leg Press @ 95 (plus sled weight)
Lat Pulldowns @ 70
1 Arm DB Rows @30

I am grateful it is NATIONAL DAY of PRAYER and I live in a country where I can do this openly and freely.
And along those lines, I am grateful to our service men and women that defend this country and keep me in those very freedoms.
