I’ve never understood why people keep germ-riddled toilet plungers in the bathroom. Are they used that frequently? If it’s less than 2 times a week, then move it somewhere else, like a garage or storage room.

The sellers tried unsuccessfully sell their home as a short sale earlier in 2011 at around $120,000. It went to foreclosure. The bank sold it to an investor for $46,000 cash in June 2011.
The investor remodeled the home inside and outside and sold it for $150,000 in October 2011.
