I am a Southern Shaolin Practitioner studying Tiger Crane Combination Kung Fu. I recently gave up my "high flyer" job and came out to study Kung Fu full time at the Nam Yang Mountain Training Centre in Pai, Northern Thailand. I also train in our softer arts Quiquong, and Sueng Yung Pei Hoo which is a soft internal art. I train in Chinese weapons including the Tan Tow and the Staff and Japanese Weapons and Tameshiguri.
