Actually, it's only early February,but here in North East Tennessee we've had a very mild winter and bikes have been out more than they have been put up. NICE!

I'm tellin' ya: If riding were dyin'....well, I'd welcome being dead. As it is though, riding is living. I'm glad of that. Life is kinda suckin' this year. I’d have to qualify the year 2010 as an amazing year for riding. I was able to ride most of the year in 2010 without much down time due to nasty weather or bike repairs. The bike came out of the shop on Friday night. My pockets are considerably lighter due to the extraordinary amount of coinage charged to pay her ransom. I don't know what I'm gonna do with her. At least twice a year, she likes to take her top off and show off her pistons.
I took her in because she was spewing oil like a drunk sailor cusses. It was the push rod retaining ring. One of them was cracked.

We are all beginning to experience the advance of fall. Some parts of our country is experiencing SNOW in the higher elevations! My brother drives truck, he called to say he will be attaching chains to the wheels and driving west on I-70 overnight. It's cold in Colorado I guess.
