About Me

Matthew Chan is the publisher and author of several entrepreneurial and real estate investing books and audio programs. They include “The TurnKey Investor” series and “The Intrepid Way”.

After spending ten years in Corporate America, Matthew escaped to become a successful entrepreneur at the age of 29. A few short years later, he started his own real estate investment portfolio. Today, he continues to manage that portfolio for himself and his investment partners.

In addition to authoring new titles, Matthew continues to oversee the management of his Internet, publishing, and property management businesses. His business and investment interests continue to take him across the U.S. where he frequently meets and networks with new people.

Matthew’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Central Florida, and a Masters of Business Administration from Webster University. Born and raised in Florida, he currently lives and is based in Columbus, Georgia.
