Dinosaurs have always interested me since I was a small child and I see it in my children as well. We've always been one of those families to check out local museums whenever we travel and we've seen some cool dinosaur exhibits! Our favorite was at the Natural History Museum in DC.

The other day I put this beautiful roast in my George Foreman Smart Kitchen Multicooker with bay leaves and a lot of the Crazy Salt mix. I first browned the roast on both sides then added enough water to cover the roast.

As a mother of four children ranging in age from a teenager to an infant I deal with a lot of things that mothers can relate to. Hormonal teenager behavior. Potty training. Taking a pacifier away.
