This is the cutest vintage 1950's little basket or basket purse. I wonder what the original little person who owned this basket might of kept inside of it. Maybe, her favorite doll. Maybe, candy and a hankie. Eggs? Or, lunch? I think it would be adorable to store a small tea set and tea.

I love this simple recipe for Curried Chickpeas and Cashews. Very little salt is used. Very hardy vegetarian meal. A dollop of Greek yogurt on top. Since we're not vegetarians we ate this as a side dish, a smaller portion, along with broiled bluegill. Comment - Like

We're getting ready to go to a Super Bowl party tonight. If you live in the Pittsburgh area like me, you know this is like a national holiday. The stores close early or didn't even open at all. We're in the middle of a Winter storm. Six inches of snow by tomorrow. Soup just sounds so snuggle warm. For a heart healthy choice I made this Curried Corn Soup with Spicy Chile-Ginger Sauce.
