On my way to Australia by way of Arizona. A roundabout way to be sure, but my Mom is here and she made me breakfast this morning. Plus there are fish tacos here with pineapple mango salsa, fresh crema, and fresh strawberry margaritas. Wisdom’s Cafe made that for me yesterday.

I hate this picture.
The kids from the Highland Sunset Paradise Show in Rarotonga are obviously awesome. I, on the other hand, look like an old colonial white lady who finds the natives’ primitive dancing “ever so charming.”

No one told me that blowdryers are actually nuclear reactors.
Every other electronic device is fine here in New Zealand with a travel adapter. But when I plugged my blowdryer in, I nearly caused a blackout. Ok, not a blackout…but there was definitely a sonic boom-like pop, a weird smell tha... Comment - Like
