After knitting the cabled christmas stocking for MillaMia I started knitting some arans for stock.

This was an order for a company called MillaMia. They specialise is “Modern Baby and Children’s Knitting Patterns and Yarn”.
The stocking is knitted in 4 ply yarn from the top down and the cuff is knitted separately and knitted to the top of the Stocking.

I have knitted 3 of this jumper for a customer in 3 different sizes, 36-38″, 40-42″, and 44-46″.
It is knitted in Artessano Alpaca Aran, and it lovely and soft and it is very heavy!
I finally finished the last one at the end of last week, but I didn’t bother taking a picture of each one as... Comment - Like

This tank top was knitted for a customer in London. It is the customers own yarn and pattern that were used, so this garment cannot be repeated and the pattern is not available to the public.
This jumper is a plain round neck raglan jumper knitted in Aran weight yarn.

Here is another Swallowtail Lace Shawl that I have finally managed to block and photograph.
This one is knitted in Nef Lace by fyberspates. It is 70% Baby Alpaca, 20% Silk and 10% Cashmere and cost £15 for 100g/1200 meters.

This pattern is by Evelyn A. Clark and I have knitted it in yarn from PoshYarn.com
The yarn is 50% silk, 50% cashmere and cost £16 for 100g/1300 yds.
I knitted the scarf size which was 8 pattern repeats. I think I would get bored if I knitted it much longer.

The pattern for this scarf was purchased in John Lewis and it came as a kit with 3 balls of yarn.
I have knitted it several times now, each time in a different colour. This colour is called “Smoke”, and although it looks white in the picture, it is more grey than white.

I am still knitting away, and I have done a few lace projects, but I haven’t had the time to block them yet, so I haven’t taken any photos.

I knitted a few pairs of socks for the craft fairs last year, but no one was interested in buying them. I got plenty of ooos and aaaahs about them, but no one wanted to buy them.

Here is another aran jumper knitted from a pattern that I got from my mum that is from the 60s, I think.
The last time I knitted this jumper, it sold at the very next craft fair that I went to. I am not sure whether it was the colour or the pattern, but I have done it in the same colour this time... Comment - Like

This scarf was knitted from a book of lace patterns. I ended up making it too short, but I still like how it looks.
The yarn is Nef Lace by fyberspates and is in the “Sea Blue” colour.

I managed to finish the Waving Lace Socks last night before I went to bed, so I am wearing them today.
They are lovely and warm and they look good too!
