Alabama vs. LSU – the big'en!

It's almost not fair that Alabama and LSU have to play in two weeks. Both teams are clearly the cream of the crop in the SEC this season. One of them will go on to play in the SEC championship and a shot at the national championship.

Yesterday marked the completion of the first half of the SEC season. The West is boiling down to Alabama or LSU. The East is going to be either UGA or South Carolina. Traditionally the pounding starts in week seven in the SEC. It just keeps getting better.

This is a link from the Huffington Post Website. The article discusses the de funding of Planned Parenthood by several states. Questions: Is it the government's responsibility to provide birth control for women? Is this a right? My answers are no and no.

The Congress is scaling back on the social programs that were part of President Obama's stimulus bill. The programs getting axed need to be cut because there is no tangible benefit to the country by keeping the program alive.

Warren Buffett says we are still in a recession. Coming from the 2nd (sometimes 1st) richest American, I think we should listen to him. Speaking to CNBC today Buffett also said that we are 60% out but we still have a ways to go.
