Just a regular guy that loves to run. In addition to RunnerDude's Blog, I'm the Running Mentor for www.TheCircle.org and host the blogs for their Long Distance Running and Run for Fitness circles. I'm also a contributing writer for AmateurEndurance.com and the North Carolina Endurance State Reporter for PureFitRadio.com. I'm a certified RRCA Running Coach as well as a certified USA-Track & Field Level 1 Coach. In addition to running, I have a diploma certification in personal training and nutrition consultation from NPTI (National Personal Trainer Institute). Running keeps me fit and sane. I've run for over 20 years—more seriously the past 8 or so. I love distance running, especially marathons.
