Rewarding Mediocrity:The Rise of the Seattle Seahawks

Thomas Gemkow posted an article on - Jan 3, 2011, 11:37 pm
Typically, the National Football League is not the place where you would see the celebration of below average play, yet you would be hard pressed to find a team more amped about a 7-9 finish than the Seattle Seahawks. That is because the Seahawks have made the NFL Playoffs with a losing record. You...

As I sit here writing this, 18 hours away from what will surely be the most important moment in my life, I can’t help but reflect on the last 18 months, and wonder where I would be without her. What if she hadn’t come into Best Buy looking for a movie I had never heard of, one spring day in 2009...

The Ravens love these big tackles…first Tony Siragusa and Sam Adams, now Haloti Ngata and most recently Terrence Cody. Toss in Segio Kindle from earlier, and this has been a fantastic defensive draft for the Ravens. Ray Lewis must be in heaven.
