Last time I updated this i had an MRI scheduled and I was going to find out if I needed surgery on my knee. Turns out I do, I tore my ACL, my MCL and my meniscus. This is a quickie. I am still doing the 100 pushups challenge (and the 200 situps challenge). On week 5 now. I have a stress test tonight, and did one last night (situps tonight, pushups yesterday). Looking at doing c25k next.
