Powell's is a Portland institution. Its website does it justice. Wednesday Polls of pure humor. Guest bloggers, rare books, textbooks and those not-so-easy to finds make this a site a treasure. Titles are easy to find and prices are competitive.

Matt Roush knows television. He's TV Guide's Go-To Guy and its a well deserved title. The website is routinely updated and the content is dead-on. However, the site is dull- dishwater has more appeal. With TV Guide's resources they could spend some on site design.

Funny. Side-splitting takes on things normal people wouldn't consider pondering on- which makes it all the better.
