You couldn't be more correct! Living a "no-excuses" life and taking 100% responsibility for our actions causes leadership qualities to come out and guide us on the very paths we need to be on. Bottom Line: We can do anything we as a society put our minds to, and will continue to do so with or without a "Hero" from a leader. We will always appreciate what is offered by those who are truly the exceptional, but to hope for ONE to take us to a new level, for one is putting way too much expectation on them, and excusing ourselves from making things happen that we have for so long anyway.
