
Today I would like to present you another easy yet delicious recipe. Great breakfast option. I discovered this dish when I was in yoga resort in Brzozówka in Poland and since then it often appears on my table.
Ingredients (1 serving):
250g cottage cheese or white cheese
1 big ripe tomato
Handful of lucerne (alfalfa) sprouts
Salt up to taste
1. Dice tomato
2. Combine cheese with tomato and spouts
3. Season with salt
