Almond Milk Pudding (vegetarian) Almond Milk Pudding, garnish with strawberries. The milk is from the first pressing, enriched with flavor and all-white color.

If you don't know what agar-agar is, think of gelatin but in a vegan-friendly form. Some gelatin can contain slaughter by-products but agar-agar is derived from seaweed.

This pudding is made out of dairy-free almond milk (home-made), thickened by agar-agar.

have not tried almond milk pudding, but have worked with agar agar, but not in recent years...have been using almond milk on crispy rice cereral and find it fantastic, and in a high protein drink...frozen cherries/do use malt powder/(only non vegan/dairy)...vegan protein powder...ummm good....the rice milk works well with coconut/pineapple juice with vegan proteil power...and a dash of vanilla extract...
