You know something is going on when FDIC.Gov beats out Jibjab.com in an election year." That was a couple weeks ago, and notice it's fastest growing site -- so perhaps the FDIC has gone from two regular visitors to ten. Actually, the site had 1.8 million visits in July, which isn't bad.
