Rihanna to Appear at Chris Brown Hearing

I remember reading how Rihanna hoped that she wouldn't have to testify on this case. Now she has to which is good.

I have a feeling Chris Brown won't see any jail time. It seems like Celebrity Law is different than Regular People Law. But we'll see.

I hope they make an example of Brown at the hearing, but I think he's going to get off. Anyone remember OJ?

Yeah, Celebrities always get a more "lenient" sentence than the average law-breaking citizen. It's totally unfair of course but I do hope the judge this time sends a message to Chris Brown that this kind of behavior is not acceptable. i.e. Beating a woman up is not right!

True, I also think he's going to get off with a slap on the wrist.

I personally cannot wait to see the outcome of this trial. I think it will be very interesting due to the media attention it brought. People were very upset about this and it home on a very real level to alot of regular ordinary people.
